This Oct. marks the 40th anniversary of NoMCO and we will be celebrating it by holding a potluck dinner at the First Congregational Church located at Erie and 5th Avenues starting at 5:00 P.M. on Nov. 22, 2008.  We will be serving turkey, ham, meatballs, and beverages, but we need you to bring a side dish, appetizer, or dessert.  At 7:00 P.M., we have the option to go upstairs to join the Church's Annual Barn Dance.

Our annual Christmas party is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 7, 2008 at T&JJ's, 718 S. 5th Ave (Maywood) starting at 5:00 P.M. and lasting to approximately 8:00 P.M. (later if you like to dance). The buffet cost (all you can eat) is $15.00 per person, plus a cash bar.  After eating, we have a white elephant game that's a lot of fun.  Bring a wrqpped gag gift which should not cost more than $10.00.  Hope to see you there.

NoMCO will be sponsoring an Illinois Historical Preservation Agency presentation on Tuesday, Mar. 31, 2009.

NoMCO's annual house walk will be on Sunday, July 12, 2009.
